Mike Evangelis is an American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) Certified Personal Trainer with a bachelor’s degree from East Stroudsburg University in Exercise Science. Mike holds additional certifications in Nutrition, Precision Nutrition Level 1, and Exercise Nutrition. He specializes in strength training, athletic performance, and improving body composition through nutrition and weight training. He has successfully designed programs for all levels ranging from adolescents, adults, and athletes. Mike is a Type 1 Diabetic who is experienced and knowledgeable when it comes to managing diabetes while working on your health and fitness goals.

A 9-hole round of golf should take approximately one-half hour for 1 person to play. A 9-hole round of golf for two players should take about one hour to play.
Four players should be able to complete 9 holes in 2 hours. 18-hole rounds should take one player about 1 hour to play, two players should take 2 hours, three players 3 hours and 4 players 4 hours.
Golfers should arrive at least 10 minutes in advance of their tee time in order to provide you with enough time to check in and get ready to play. We strive to stay on time and want you to start your round on time. The launch monitor is set up ONLY for right-handed players.
