Christian is a certified personal trainer who has been guiding clients to their weight loss, fitness and athletic goals for eight years. He has also worked as a golf professional and is well versed in all sports techniques and mechanics. Christian leads by example. He understands that fitness is a total lifestyle, and is passionate about staying physically fit and helping others develop a love of healthy living as well.
