About the Gym

The premium fitness experience to Blairstown and the surrounding area.

Join us for not only fitness reasons but also for our wellness services which include massage therapy. Our wellness center is approximately 8,800 square feet and has everything you need to get fit. We utilize 700 square feet of the gym for cross-fit, speed and agility training, as well as a stretching area.

Services

Massage Therapy, Personal Training, Golf Simulators

We offer 1 hour and 30 minute training sessions and packages are available. We also offer deep tissue, medical, shiatsu, reflexive, and prenatal massage services. Spend a day on the green playing 9 or 18 holes with our golf simulator.
